Following the extraordinary success of its sold-out 2025 world premiere in Basel, the groundbreaking live experience “Kosmos & Orchester” will tour Europe in 2026.

Following two sold-out premiere performances in Basel attended by more than 2,500 people, the extraordinary live production “Kosmos & Orchester” will tour across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in October 2026.

Created by internationally renowned astrologer and author Silke Schäfer, the famous British conductor and composer Robert Emery, and the Swiss composer/percussionist Moritz Schneider, the production combines the full power of a live symphony orchestra with cinematic visuals, meditation, live vocals, immersive storytelling, and specially composed music inspired by planetary frequencies and recordings from space.

At the heart of the production is a shared experience between audience, orchestra and cosmos — blending music, rhythm, reflection and collective participation into what organisers describe as “far more than a traditional concert.”

The production features the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Great Britain, alongside specially composed music incorporating authentic NASA planetary sounds woven into the orchestral score.

The creators say the project was inspired by a desire to create connection, hope, and collective emotional experience during a period of global uncertainty and change.

Silke Schäfer said:

Robert Emery added:

Composer Moritz Schneider, whose music forms the emotional core of the production, describes the concerts as “a fusion of orchestral sound, meditation and human resonance.”

The Basel premiere in August 2025 generated standing ovations and emotional responses from audiences, with many attendees describing the evening as transformative, immersive, and deeply moving.

As part of the 2026 tour, audiences will also be invited to actively participate during sections of the performance through singing, meditation, and shared vocal soundscapes, creating what the production team calls “an unforgettable collective experience.”

“Kosmos & Orchester” combines large-scale orchestral performance with themes of peace, creativity, consciousness, and emotional connection, presented through a visually spectacular and highly immersive concert format unlike anything currently touring in Europe.
